Katia proudly manages the band JoyCut, who have toured extensively across North America, Europe and Asia. Katia is director of Bologna’s famous Estragon club and BOtanique Festival.
Estragon is the Italian arm of the Europavox Project. Katia is chair of MMF Italy. She has been a jury member of Music Moves Europe Talent Awards between 2019 and 2021.
She is a music lover, a sportswoman and a dreamer.

Greta Campri – Ravenna (booking agent)
Delegate: Greta Campri
Greta Campri is an Italian booking agent driven by a deep passion for music and its power to connect cultures. With a background in Fine Arts and personal research in traditional dances – from West Africa to Flamenco and Cuban Rumba – she collaborates with international artists and projects rooted in folk traditions while embracing contemporary sounds.

She works with a roster of international artists, including Latin Grammy-winning legends such as Antonio Serrano, Grupo Compay Segundo, and Issac Delgado.

Her work focuses on promoting meaningful musical experiences that foster cultural exchange and create a lasting impact on audiences.

At MMVV 2026, Greta aims to expand and strengthen her professional network, support the development of the projects she is working on, and explore new opportunities for collaboration and touring across the Spanish and international music markets.

International Music and Arts, Dipartimento Internazionale – Carpi (booking)
Delegate: Elena Del Rio

Since 13 years, Elena Del Rio works in the International Department of International Music and Arts.

International Music and Arts was founded in 1988 by a few friends, all classical musicians. It now has 6 departments: classical music, dance, theatre, local artists, export/international artists and musical.

In the international department, Elena works with all classical and non classical institutions all over Europe and the world, covering every segment of the music business: jazz clubs and festivals, rock presenters, electronic festivals, public institutions and classical opera houses and orchestras.

They collaborated, and they still are, with some of the most significant artists of our time, such as: Lou Reed, Patti Smith, Philip Glass, Diamanda Galas, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Laurie Anderson, Ornette Coleman, David Byrne, Anohni (fka Antony and the Johnsons), Joan as Policewoman, CocoRosie, Elvis Costello, Joe Jackson, Kronos Quartet, Philip Glass Ensemble and many others.

From 2019 to 2025 Elena taught students about music export and internationalization at Centro Musica in Modena.

At MMVV 2026, Elena aims to build international networks between International Music and Arts and programmers from around the world, with a particular focus on developing connections in Catalonia and Spain.

PANICO CONCERTI – Bologna (Booking)
Delegates: Salvatore Cataudella and Gianluca Giusti
Panico is a dynamic Italian booking and management agency that also operates in label services and music publishing through its imprints Trovarobato/Tanca and Panico Dischi. Representing a diverse roster of forward-thinking artists across multiple genres, the agency places a strong emphasis on innovation, artistic integrity, and long-term career development.
Over the years, Panico has established itself as a key player in the contemporary music industry, recognized for its curatorial approach and strategic vision. The agency offers tailored, artist-centric services designed to support both emerging talents and established acts, guiding them from local and national stages to international platforms while remaining faithful to each artist’s unique identity and creative vision.

Salvatore Cataudella, Booking Agent
Salvatore Cataudella has been working for several years in the booking field and the wider music industry, with a strong focus on artist development and international circulation.
At Panico, he curates and manages booking for Italian artists such as Daniela Pes, Laura Agnusdei, AKA5HA, Emma Grace, among others, across both Italian and European territories. He is also responsible for European booking for Gaia Banfi and recently worked as booking manager for the IOSONOUNCANE & Daniela Pes European Tour in November 2025.
In recent years, he has been actively involved in fostering connections between international and Italian music scenes, supporting the presence in Italy of artists he deeply values, including Tarta Relena, Ada Oda, Lander & Adriaan, Totorro and Katarina Gryvul.

Alongside this activity, for over a decade he has worked in the production and artistic direction of music series in south-eastern Sicily (Churches, AZUL), hosting artists such as Warren Ellis, Marina Herlop and Murcof.

At MMVV 2026, Salvatore aims to strengthen Panico’s international booking network, which in recent years has increasingly developed in both directions: supporting Italian artists abroad and bringing international projects to Italy. One of the agency’s key collaborations is with the Catalan duo Tarta Relena, for whom Panico holds exclusive representation in Italy. MMVV is therefore an opportunity to consolidate existing relationships and build new ones with artists, booking agencies and music professionals from Catalonia and other international markets.

Gianluca Giusti, Artist and Label Manager
Gianluca Giusti began his career as a musician before moving into management and cultural entrepreneurship. He has worked with artists such as IOSONOUNCANE, Daniela Pes and Gaia Banfi, and as label manager and publisher at Trovarobato.
Through Panico SRL, he operates across live and recorded music and audiovisual production, collaborating with major Italian film companies including Vivo Film, Fandango and Palomar, and working on music synchronisation projects for Amazon and Netflix.
He is the founder of Tutto Molto Bello, the five-a-side football tournament for musicians and labels, later expanded into a festival for emerging artists.
Until 2025, he served as Music Export Consultant for ATER Fondazione and Emilia-Romagna Music Commission, supporting the internationalisation of regional artists and professionals. He is also the curator of Suono Grasso, an annual event in London showcasing innovative music projects from Emilia-Romagna.

At MMVV 2026, Gianluca aims to strengthen and consolidate the connections that Panico and Trovarobato artists already have with the Catalan and Spanish music markets. He is also particularly interested in MMVV’s focus on bringing together music professionals from Portugal, France and Italy, with the aim of developing a Western Mediterranean music area and creating new opportunities for the international development of Panico’s artists.

RETROPOP LIVE | acieloaperto – Cesena (Festival, Live Club)
Delegate: Piero Mantengoli

Piero Mantengoli is a music lover who started his career as a DJ in the Romagna club scene and gradually moved into promoting, concert production, and festival programming. He is the founder and artistic director of Retro Pop Live, a cultural organisation active in live music production across Romagna. In 2013, he founded acieloaperto, a summer festival now in its 15th edition, welcoming both established and emerging artists, nationally and internationally, in historically and culturally significant venues.

During the pandemic, he co-created Solido, a network that brings together three major Emilia-Romagna festivals (acieloaperto, Ferrara Sotto le Stelle, Arti Vive). Since 2023, Solido has evolved into a curated mini-festival featuring showcases, talks, and live performances.

His work is driven by a strong commitment to inclusivity, gender equality, sustainability, and the development of a forward-looking digital culture in live music.

At MMVV 2026, Piero is looking to meet new international professionals and organisations, discover artists and develop new collaborations between festivals, showcases, live venues and music industry professionals, with a particular interest in partnerships, co-productions and artist touring opportunities.

Sghetto Club APS – Bologna (live club / label)
Delegate: Alberto Romano
Sghetto Club APS is a social promotion association affiliated with ARCI, based in Bologna and dedicated to supporting and promoting local music culture in dialogue with contemporary European and international scenes.

The collective offers its members a dynamic programme of concerts, jam sessions, DJ sets and workshops, fostering creative social spaces and promoting cultural access through an inclusive and sustainable approach. In just a few years, Sghetto Club has established itself among the most interesting jazz clubs in Italy, thanks to its distinctive artistic direction and strong attention to international music trends.

The club actively supports its music community by producing live concert videos and hosting both emerging local artists and internationally recognized musicians.

In 2024, Sghetto Records was founded within the club: a label rooted in jazz with a hip-hop attitude, focused on developing original projects that blend contemporary sounds with Afro-American musical heritage.

The label’s roster includes Kolosso (trap-jazz), Joe Allotta (nu-jazz), Subconscio (neo-soul/electronic), Chromogen (urban jazz) and Bop Gun (funk).

Alberto Romano (b. 1990) is a musician and cultural operator. Originally from Matera, he moved to Bologna to complete his studies in double bass and jazz bass at the Conservatory “G.B. Martini”. Alongside his artistic activity, he works as production manager and technician for festivals and venues, including Montagnola Republic, Reno Splash Festival, Primo Maggio Bologna and Sghetto Club, and as tour manager for Italian and international artists.

He is co-founder of Sghetto Records, where he works as executive producer and A&R.

At MMVV 2026, Alberto is looking to meet and connect with music professionals to exchange ideas and experiences around music production and record promotion, as well as the circulation of artists across European venues and festivals. His aim is to develop new collaborations for both Sghetto Club and Sghetto Records.

SHAPE APS | roBOt Festival | Gemini Festival – Bologna (Festival)
Delegate: Marco Ligurgo
SHAPE APS has been promoting electronic music and digital arts for over twenty years, developing cultural projects, live events, workshops and research activities in unconventional spaces across Bologna. Its main projects include ROBOT Festival, the international electronic music and digital arts festival founded in 2008, and GEMINI Festival, dedicated to the intersections between rock, electronic music, jazz and avant-pop.

Marco Ligurgo is the founder and Artistic Director of SHAPE APS. A former bass player, DJ and electronic music producer, his curatorial work focuses on emerging and established artists, new technologies and experimental approaches to music and performance, with extensive experience in international projects and networks.

At MMVV 2026, Marco is looking to discover new artists from the Catalan music scene, connect with Catalan and international booking agents and explore new international projects and commissions, particularly in electronic and avant-garde music and new technologies.

EMILIA-ROMAGNA MUSIC EXPORT – Emilia-Romagna
Emilia-Romagna Music Export is the regional internationalisation programme, developed by Emilia-Romagna Music Commission in collaboration with ATER Fondazione. It supports artists and music professionals from Emilia-Romagna in developing their international activities through consultancy, networking, participation in international music conferences and showcase festivals, and connections with music professionals and institutions abroad.

Delegate: Jacopo Furlanetto, Music Export Manager
Jacopo Furlanetto is a music industry professional with over 20 years of international experience, including leadership roles at Universal Music Group and teaching activities in music business and innovation. He currently leads the Music Export activities for ATER Fondazione, working in collaboration with Emilia-Romagna Music Commission to develop international opportunities for the regional music sector. His work focuses on building relationships with artistic directors, curators and music professionals, supporting the international circulation of artists and projects through strategy, promotion and market development.

At MMVV 2026, Jacopo represents Emilia-Romagna Music Export at one of the key professional markets and showcase festivals dedicated to independent music and Euro-Mediterranean connections. In Vic, he aims to connect the Emilia-Romagna music sector with professionals from Europe, Spain and Latin America, creating concrete opportunities for international collaboration.
